Can I order for samples before I place the
actual order?
Yes! You definitely can order for samples. Sample
cost for overseas order— 6 US$ (INR 250/-) plus the actual shipment cost,
which is 20 US$ per ˝ Kg. Online Payment, to be made at the site with the
order. (Master and Visa card accepted). You can get approximately 5-6 cards in
the ˝ kg weight.
How to order for the samples?
The samples can be ordered online at the site itself.
The process for ordering is as follows: -
- Select an appropriate category in which you are interested.
- Select the card from the cards catalogue.
- Select cards into your Sample cart by clicking on ‘add to sample’
button beside each card.
- Repeat the process till you have done all the selection
- When the process completes, click on "Proceed to Checkout "
button
- Select country and mode of payment.
- Provide shipping address and other details and click on ‘Next button’
- Check up everything
–like shipping address is correct or not, the phone no. etc. and in case of
problem correct them and then click on ‘Click here to pay’ button.
- Provide credit card details and then click on the ‘submit’ button.
- Once the payment is approved the samples will be delivered within the
stipulated time.
What all do I get in a sample card? ?
A sample card includes:
- Main card (the main design that you see on the site)
- Matching envelope
- A loose interleaf to print the text on or insert(s) as the case may be..
what is the minimum time of delivery for the sample
order?
Overseas delivery time is 2 to 4 days and
the delivery time within India is 2 to 3 days.
Are there any printing services provided by the site?
Yes we do provide all sorts of printing services
ranging from multi-colored offset, silkscreen, leaf printing, die embossing and
die cutting. All the services are in-house and are backed by a team of
professional designing unit. The printing services are excellent and totally
customized.
How do I send my desired wordings or text for the card?
What is the proof procedure?
You can send the wordings in the form of a word file
and then the proof will be sent in form of jpg. files as It would be done in
2-3 different font styles and appropriate symbols will be used (you can choose
the theme as bride and groom picture, Ganeshji picture etc.) You can then
suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-send the proofs.
Only after getting your final approval, we go for printing. .
Are there any font choices for the wordings? Where can I
find sample text and symbols at the site?

What standard materials are used for add on cards/wedding
stationery?
A standard stationary or add-on card is made of
Ivory/Cream paperboard and our designers can create a design to match the main
card.
Can we order blank cards without printing?
Yes.
What can be level of variation in the product/cards?
Any material and process requiring hand work may
contain some natural variation. This should not be treated as defective.
Do I get proof before printing is done?
Once you submit the words and the symbols, we create
the proof and send it to you in jpg. file formats. Once you have received the
proof, you can suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-work
and send the proofs to you. Only once you have approved the final design do we
send the card to print.
How are the cards dispatched?
The general method used for dispatch of orders is
Couriers. We use reputed Courier services like FedEx, DHL and others. Customers
are welcome to collect their orders from our office in Bombay if so desired. We
can also dispatch cards under your account number with any of the couriers we
are tied up with.
What is the area of
Jurisdiction should I have any disputes
?
Disputes if any are subject only to
Jaipur Jurisdiction under the applicable laws of INDIA.
